Drive thru was very slow; there was not even an apology for the long wait. To top it off, the chili 5 way was cold by the time I got home (4 minute drive). Taste was oddly sweet (not good) and slightly spicy (good).

The food is incredible. Always made the way you expect it to taste. Delicious. The service is very speedy and the customer service is top of the top. Everyone is so polite. The milkshakes are probably the number one for me when I go here. I would recommend this place to anyone. Especially someone looking for an old fashion diner setting for affordable prices. They even have an amazing 5 dollar menu.

Steak 'n Shake has great food for their prices! Great burger but I feel that they must save money on their fries, which I wasn't impressed with. BUT I will say I felt better after eating there than I would have eating at any other fast food place. Service was very prompt, the waitresses were friendly, and they kept our water topped off. Would go again!

A good quick stop for a burger. But, be aware, if you order a tossed salad at any Steak&Shake, french dressing is not available! I have no clue why.

They were packed! But I don't care the wait and service plus the cold pop and delicious burger was amazing. The prices for the amount and taste is unbeatable for a party of seven we ate for under 50$ including 3 shakes. For a first time trip I was overly impressed and glad I made this my last stop with my family after binder park it was the perfect meal towards the end of an amazing day. If you want a place to eat for reasonable prices and amazing taste this is the place. Will be back in the future.
