Service was very slow, food was lukewarm, prepared incorrectly. Servers corrected the mistakes and were friendy, although we seem to never have the server. We have been here before and it was better.
The food sucks now fries look like there setting around in s hot pan prices are. Out of of the ballpark for what you get under new management. They suck
My wife and I did not have a good dining experience today. When we first walked in 3 employees stood at the counter and did not say a word to us. When two of them left and hostess stood there and did not greet us. We stood there for a minute before she asked us for our name. We ordered two entrées and an appetizer for the two of us. After waiting 20 some minutes our entrées arrived. We were never given our appetizer. When we let the lady know she went and hunted down our waiter. The waiter passed us by many times but never came to explain what had happened to our appetizer until after 10 minutes he was told. When he did come to apologize he said they were out of that appetizer and forgot to tell us. He did not act very apologetic or like he really cared. The ribs that I ordered were not very meaty at all and fries did not taste fresh and were very plain and boring. Throughout our time at Chili's, our waiter never came to ask us how are food was or refill our drinks. When we left our waiter did not acknowledge us at all. Very poor and disappointing service and we will not be back again.

It was pretty quiet when my boyfriend and I went, but it was nice. Our waitress was very kind and checked in with us often. Our food was okay. I ordered wings, and my boyfriend ordered ribs. There was hardly any meat on the ribs, which was rather disappointing, but I liked the wings.
