Went in to have a beer and the bartender was rude no clean glasses, so I asked for a aluminum bottle and she gives me one from St. Patrick's day. Way out of date and charge me $4.?? Some change? Then try to tell me they just got it shipped to them to try a new color? The date is on the bottom!!! So if that's out dated then what else is?
Food was good. Server didnt remember half of what we ordered. Recommend going here on slower nights.
My family eats here often. This was the worst service we have ever had. Appetizers and meal came out at the same time. Husbands steak and my ribs were over cooked. Waitress only stopped by our table one time for the check. My husband had to get drink refills from the bar.
Great service! All the staff was very friendly. Food was good too. And the biggest selling point for my husband and I are the tablets on the table for the kids. We can actually go somewhere and have a good meal and enjoy ourselves and the kids are entertained. All restaurants should have those.
Why do I keep giving this place chances? Staff is incompetent. Management is a joke. The entire staff simply does not care about your dining experience. Tonight I got the crispy brew house chicken. It was so over done it was inedible. The potatos that it sits on looked disgusting. Basically threw away the meal. It was curbside pick up of course so they think they can get away with it. Gave the girl a $5 tip to apparently not check the order quality. Just a pathetic excuse for your neighborhood grill. What a joke.
