Side door locked at 1100am. Arby's sauce empty, fries left over? Very dried out. Buffalo slider, chicken half the size of the bun. Good thing tomorrow is a new day with a fresh start.

Yeah horrible service and my food was raw. They asked me if I wanted to come back and get a new sanwhich but who wants to get more food from a place that tried to feed them raw chicken. I want my money back.
I use this Arbys frequently and ALWAYS get very friendly service and smiles! Food is great most of the time. 1 time chicken was undercooked. Order is always right unlike other fast food chains in Battle Creek where my order is almost always wrong. Thank you.
