The friendly service reviews posted here are either from when Smead's was located here or they've had staffing changes. Our insurance company guided us to this location since they were in the "Caring Hands Network". We certainly did not feel cared for. The body work was not as advertised and the mechanical repairs failed in less than a week. The customer service in trying to resolve the situation was less than professional.

Great job on body work, however I took my truck in to the dealer and they found a broken control arm as well that now has caused more damage to my truck. To top it off they close at 5 and have no answering machine to even leave a message.
