As someone who works in the customer service industry, I have never been more impressed by an automotive servicer than I am by B & B Fleet & Automotive! I even received a thank you from the owner after my oil change and a follow up call to make sure I was satisfied with my service! WOW!

At our first meeting I said, "I don't even keep track of the maintenance of my personal vehicle - my husband does." Scott replied, "No problem - I will help you. I'll try to call and remind you if my records indicate service/maintenance is due on one of the college fleet vehicles". Guess what.....he has done just that. We have a great working relationship because I know this man and his company are honest with me.
