i paid over 200 dollars for my cat to die in my arms here. they knew my cat wasnt going to make it, still pressured us into treatment that prolly wouldnt work and then charged us for my cat to die there. i was there a total of 20 minutes, long enough to get into the office and them to give him a couple shots before he passed.
I've taken my pets here for years and have always felt like my animals were a priority and well cared for. Even though I live in Kalamazoo I still take my pets here and recommend Dr. Rost for everyone in need of veterinarian services.

Brought a dying cat in to be saved when we arrived no one even acknowledged we were there. They said they would start the cat on fluids and an hour later the kitten was dead. They don't know why, but charged us knowing it wouldn't survive. When we returned i waited 20 minutes for someone to even come to the desk. Then the office person got an attitude because we were upset. This isn't a good place to take animals. They couldn't give a reason to why the cat died, nor acted line they cared. Honest to good truth...
