Im only staying here because im low on options. No shower head. The toilet sucks. Disgusting carpet and the beds are so worn you can feel the boxsprings. This is pretty much a crack hotel. I wish i would have known before i moved here. I would suggest the homeless shelter before this place.
It had smokey hallways, but okay room smell. The people were really nice. The room was pretty clean. The breakfast was pretty scant, but there was hot coffee. The parking lot wasn't terribly clean after the big snow. It's within a walking distance from the town, but the train may provide a small obstacle.
Terrible from the start. No confirmation #. No receipt. No breakfast. No phones in rooms. Lobby not open until 8:40am. Wi-Fi scarce at best. Card key had to be rekeyed 2x on overnight. Paid for week. Checking out of the hotel 12hrs later.
The rooms were not bad at all. Good beds and TV and fridge and microwave. Halls and placement of the hotel are not the best. I never felt unsafe. This was our second year staying with same hotel, because the management was great. Family owned and I respected that we were treated awesome. And it's next to a hole in the wall amazing breakfast place.
Management is rude if u ask for anything even batterys for the landline phone to work you get a attitude.stayed a whole week phone never worked once
