The rooms were clean and tidy. Very comfy and the complementary breakfast was pretty good for what it was. Can't complain much about anything. I mean, if they had a go kart track and let the guests slip and slide down the hallways I'd be evwn happier.
Amazing customer service. Cheery friendly staff. Room was immaculate , modernized, and had fine appointments. Bed was clean and amazingly comfortable. Great breakfast spread. Only sausage for a meat. But had a little something for every one. The dining area was contemporary and large. Reminded me more of a modern coffee house. Centerally located for shopping and great resturants. Highly recomend the hotel if your staying in battle creek. If I come back to this town I know where I'm staying.
While it wasn't one of the best Best Western's I have stayed in, it was clean, quiet, and comfortable: I would stay again for a work trip.
Great staff work at this hotel. They are efficient and willing to provide exceptional service. The hotel is clean. The breakfast is delicious. My grandson enjoys making his own waffles. Good hotel/good value
The staff is welcoming and this house is clean and maintained well. I have stayed here often for business purposes. The hot breakfast has a few choices and also breads, fruit and cereals. A good choice in the Battle Creek area.
Slightly outdated/older (although there was active remodeling going on during stay). Quiet. Staff was friendly/helpful. Furnace unit was a bit tempermental, a little difficult to keep the room a stable temp. Bed was very comfortable.
