Friendly staff. Did not end up having them fix my computer but only because it wasn't worth getting fixed. They were very helpful and didn't charge me for looking at the computer.

Helpful! - I need repair on my iPod classic - unfortunately the technician there doesn't do in-depth work on them but he did lead me in the right direction. Disregard the old negative reviews as these were with the old management. Also the small business moved next to JO ANN fabrics.
