Great Customer service, answered any questions I had. I got my phone screen fixed here and you can't even tell it was broken. Plus I got a new battery for my phone for half price just because I got the screen fixed. you can't beat a deal like that
The employees are very rude, lazy, and not very well informed about the products they sell. I stopped in to have a screen replaced, which I was told drop ins were welcome, but when I showed up to have my screen fixed it was a different story. I got to the store about 2 hrs before they closed and the screen replacement takes an hour to do, but I was told he wouldn’t be able to do it because he had to prepare and clean the store so when they closed for the night he could leave at 5, I was very upset because I had just called them at 2 o’clock and was told it would take about an hour and they could get it done In the same day. That was about 2 months ago. So then I’m figuring I would give them a second chance, so I called them about a screen protector and the well educated people they have working for them had no idea about any of the products they were selling. To me customer service sucks and I will be going else where to do any business I have for batteries or phone repairs and will not recommend batteries plus to anyone.
This place is awesome I had my phone fixed there recentlyand I was having issues with it so i brought it back and was amazed at how fast they fixed the issue for me I will definitely be coming back :)
Nice, knowledgeable staff, tons of electronic gadgets, bulbs, batteries and other stuff. + I cracked the screen on my IPhone and they replaced the screen beautifully. You can't tell anything ever happened to it. Looks like I just bought it! Cost me $118 but well worth it. Highly recommended.
