I love this store. Out of the 3 in my area (Jackson, Kalamazoo and Battle Creek) I have had the most friendly and helpful people every time. Many times in Kalamazoo and in Jackson, their associates have not been around/available. They always are in Battle Creek!
A bit disappointed, THEIR associate brought me wireless controllers for the SNES classic edition. These were on the shelf available to buy. But when I tried to purchase them, they could not be bought until tomorrow. I explained that it wasn't my fault that they had made these items available for me to buy, but they steadfastly refused to sell them to me. We immediately cancelled our purchase (well over 100$ worth of items) and left. Doubt I'll ever return to BC Best Buy.
It’s the only Best Buy Store in the Midwest I actually like. I’m from Indiana I come to Battle Creek to visit often. And many times I’ll just place my order to be picked up in this store because staff doesn’t p*** me off. Whatever they’re doing the should definitely keep it up.
Every time I go in I feel like it just keeps getting worse. Scott, Jason the managers there were just so so rude! I was the customer they made me feel just terrible! Also called and trying to speak with GM could not even have time for me, she wants me to drive all way from coldwater to talk to her face to face after i drove 4 times trying to reached her.
Love Best Buy but your delivery people 'suck'. (This does not include the delivery guy who delivers gas hook up appliances...he was great! Took time to show me how range works and answers questions) Due to illness and family crisis, this house is filled with stuff to sort to give to family members and charity. Maybe the two guys that brought fridge thought it did not matter when they knocked picture/candle holder off wall when bringing appliance in ...but stepping over it on the way out, REALLY?
I will not be shopping there!!!! Really sad when the MANAGER can not give customers excellent service.
