Great place. I sold to them they keep the park very well maintained. Great staff.
Some of their rules are silly. They don't allow any kind fireworks on the 4th Of July. The people in the office are stuck up and rude. They think they are better than everyone else. Every so many months they raise everyone's rent by 50$ dollars.
Everytime I go there to visit friends there's always stray cats having sex on the hoods of cars. Not sure how to feel about that. I guess cats have to get their rocks off too, right? Only gave 3 stars because of the convenient parking.
It's a good place to live. Good environment. Good management.
