I had the WORST experience with papa johns on w.t harris i will NEVER BUY ANY food from them again
really pissed that there's no 0 star option. I am beyond furious. the website shows that they close at 12:30am (which I know for a fact because I order from here EXTREMELY often) so we order at 11:45pm and never get anything. call at 12:45am and they claim that they close at 11:30pm. SO WHY THE HELL ARE YOU STILL ANSWERING THE PHONE? AND TAKING ORDERS. We said it showed online that they were still open and her response was, "yea. they should really get that fixed." and what's really stupid is that we were using our "we can do better than that" card that they gave us for waiting an hour and half for our order last time.
Very bad experience with ordering for delivery at the Battle Creek - Columbia Ave location. The person taking my order on the phone was hard to understand and hung up on me twice while I was mid-sentence. I was paying by credit card and he was having trouble with authoization (incorrect c.c. number was being entered) never received confirmation that it was accepted. I called back the third time and asked to speak with a manager and told her I was hung up on twice. She told me I was basically a liar. At that point I asked for them to cancel my order. She (the manager) told me I didn't have an order placed... 20 minutes later they showed up with a pizza and charged my credit card! I sent the pizza back and now I'm waiting for a credit! That is the LAST time I will be ordering pizza from this location!
The pizza is always so good but im just wondering why every time I walk into this establishment no-one is ever wearing gloves when prepping the pizzas it's so unsanitary and disgusting regardless if they cook the pizza like you are SUPOSED TO WEAR gloves I bet cooperate would not be happy with that at all!! I will definetly be saying something next time.
Always nice, even if they call me by my wife's name, I enjoy it, always pickup
