My fiance and Richard worked really hard on my custom engagement ring. Richard was very helpful . Today we looked for a design for my fiance's wedding band and had another great experience. Again were getting a custom design and are extremely happy with both rings.

This store carries previously designed rings, and also allows the customer to design their own ring. While I had MANY questions, and the idea of this was a little overwhelming for me at first. I never once felt rushed to make a decision, or like I was an annoyance. Richard happily answered all of my questions, gave me suggestions, and I ended it up with a ring more beautiful then I could have ever imagined! Thank you so much!
