I had been sick for a week and was completely miserable before finally deciding to go in. I had my two young children with me. I walked in and was immediately welcomed. The nurse in the front taking my information was extremely considerate of the fact that I had no voice. I was pulled back directly after checking in. The staff was extremely friendly and were amazing with my children. I was diagnosed quickly and promptly treated. I will definitely be going back with any further issues!
Friendly staff who will get you in and out in a hurry. Every time I have went there they correctly diagnosed my condition and prescribed the needed medication. They also have a no fee policy if you dont get better within 7 days and need a second visit.
I have honestly never had the desire to ever write a bad review, but this was just god awful and I seriously hope that nobody else has to deal with what I did.
I went in for a painful rash that I had. The nurse asked me about my level of pain, I told her that my level of pain was about a 6 or 7 out of ten... The nurse entered in 0 out of ten. I ended up getting some lab work done. I was told that the lab work would be back in 4 days. On the fourth day, I called them to check on my lab results. when the receptionist answered the phone, the said "We don't have the results, we will call you when we get them." I don't really think anything of it because, I understand that delays happen. 3 days passed and I decided to call them again to ask if my results were back the answer from the nurse was (in a snippy tone) "We will call you when your lab work is back, possibly tomorrow morning but, we don't have them in yet, please don't continue to call as it makes the wait times longer for our patients." Finally, two days later I get a call with my results. I'm sorry but, when you tell someone that their results will be back in 4 days and it takes 9 days, of course they are going to call in twice during that period to see if the results are in. Its not like I called everyday. I called on day 4 and day 7 wondering where my lab results were that I was supposed to get by day 4. Seriously, I get that delays can happen but, don't give someone unrealistic expectations. It took them 9 days to get my results back to me... I was told it would only be 4 and then, they had the audacity to be rude to me not only during the appointment but also, the two times that I called them and, when I had to come back up there to pick up my paperwork. I will never recommend this place to anyone... In fact, I will specifically tell people to never go there... Furthermore, they never offered me any further care even though I was still in pain by day 9.
I just moved to the area and didn't have a GP yet... needless to say, I do now. This place is the worst walk-in clinic that I have ever been to.
After hours of waiting in er to get my sons seen, still not being triaged and totally ignored, we left Hastings and went to this med express. Before I even finished checking in, the nurse had an ice pack on my son's injured eye. The staff was so pleasant! Patient, kind, and quick! We were checked in, seen, and sent home with a prescription in just 30 minutes! The Doctor was so knowledgeable, explained everything so well! Thank you Med Express!
My daughter had an ear infection and we were able to get right in. The doctor we saw was very helpful and gave good advice. It was my first time ever going to this medical facility. It was a kind atmosphere. I say 4 stars. Good job guys.
