It wasn't hard to see why the reviews are horrible. One phone call was all it took. Totally rude and unhelpful.
I WOULD NOT RECOMMEND BRONSON BATTLE CREEK TO ANYONE!!! THE DR I SAW WAS NOT CONCERNED WITH MY SITUATION, THE NURSE'S WERE VERY RUDE, AS WELL AS THE HEAD OF THE ER DEPARTMENT. I HAVE NEVER BEEN TREATED SO POORLY. I WOULD RECOMMEND TO ANYONE AN EVERYONE TO EITHER GO TO A MED CENTER OR DRIVE TO KALAMAZOO, WHERE THE NURSES & THE DR'S CARE ABOUT YOU & WILL TREAT YOU WITH THE RESPECT PATIENTS DESERVE.
By far the best hospital I've been to. The nurses and doctors are very thorough and really nice. In and out quicker than most. I would strongly recommend this hospital over any other.
This is the worst hospital ever. I would never and I really mean never recommend this hospital to anyone. The staff was very rude and to make things even worse they gave me a medicen that is an interactant with another one of my medicens and I asked before I left and the Dr told me no it shouldn't. Smdh bunch of quacks up there. They need to change their name to battle creek death systems if you ask me.
The ER is phenomenal I had great service in the ER I got moved to a room for surgery. They told me surgery would be in the morning then it took 7 hours to find out it would be at 5:30 pm then they kept delaying it and delaying it until 8pm. Finally after surgery and when I woke up I was told I could have food and then they waited until I had a melt down to "rush" (it took 45 minutes) to get me food they wouldnt let me order from any place they hid my wallet from me and told me that it's unreasonable that I am acting like this.
