I love this place! Workers are very friendly, everything is kept clean. The locker rooms are wonderful! They have an area in the woman's locker room where you can do your makeup and dry your hair, they also have showers along with separate dressing rooms.

In my experiences I don't feel comfortable, while the signs clearly say, "judgement free zone", the employees clearly judge. The sideways glanced and giggles are an indicator. I have not been back to this location in over a year and probably never will again.
I just started working out at the Battle Creek location. It hasn't been that long but I am presently pleased with them. The place is always well stocked and clean, including the bathrooms and shower room. They have a huge selection on the tele. I haven't had any issues with the busy time. All equipment is available when I work out. The staff is always friendly and helpful too.
