Amazing! Sloane and her staff make everyone feel comfortable, no matter age, size, or where they are in their fitness program. Since this is a women's gym it's a relaxed and fun place. The other women are encouraging and we push one another to become the best version of ourselves. There is NO place like Fit In 30!

An awesome place to workout for women! Around 30 minutes for the main workout with 10 minutes for extras like abs and butt. They change the workout to keep your body thinking and working hard. No thinking on your part!! Just show up and enjoy! It mixes cardio with weights. All fitness levels can benefit. NO JUDGEMENT!!!! Awesome women to workout with!!
