Staff is always helpful. I don't like how all their tags make it seem like everything is on sale.
Wish I could give less than 1 star. Worst customer service I have encountered in a long time. Sure I was in at 8:30 on a Saturday night, but pretty sure the store's posted hours were until 9PM. We were the only customers in the store and OBVIOUSLY looking for something in the shoe department. There were 3 employees standing 10 feet away playing with a mannequin as we walked up and down every row of shoes. No one greeted us, no one offered to help. This isn't a self service department. I Went in to buy a pull up bar today and the one I wanted was On clearance and did not come in a box. That was fine except when I wanted to purchase it they refused to at least take it apart so I could fit in my suv or even lend me the tools to do it myself which would have only taken 5 minutes at most. They wanted me to somehow fit an entire pull up bar/ squat rack in my suv? To say the least they lost out on a 200 dollar sale plus the amount I was going to buy for bumper plates. I guess my time and money wasn’t important enough for them.
Decent selection on sports equipment and clothing. That is if you're willing to spend the money. Most items there can be found cheaper elsewhere.
our money elsewhere and will continue to do so. Dick's is happy to help customers with items that Jack Pearls can't get. Oh and when we called to let the store manager know of the issue, she informed us that it was OUR responsibility to ask for help not just expect it!!
They have a huge selection of sporting and outdoor goods at a reasonable price however, every store I have been in is cluttered and not very wheelchair friendly.
