This spa is professional, pays attention to what the customer needs, and take pride in their work. Their services are wonderful!
Worst spa experience ever. My sis and I went for a detox. The massage room had a broken bench, the Netflix didn't work, and the staff SUCKED. Never EVER go, EVER.
UPDATE: 9-29-17: After making this review I was called by Massage Green Spa the following day with them offering to give me a "free 1/2 hour massage". I still don't understand how this was free since I had already paid for this service. Anyway, they made things right and I got my money's worth, but nothing additional for the inconvenience and headache. I will still be seeking a new establishment to do business with.
Great therapists, nice sauna, can''t wait for facials again, front office staff changes quite often, but always seem friendly.
50 years working in customer service if you had a -10 it would be a better rating. Paid for 2 facials/ 2 message they didn't have a problem taking my money but when it came to schedule for services they didn't stand up for what is right or fair.. I will not recommend Green Spa to my worst enemy!!!! That is from the receptionist, to the district manager to the corporate , excusss for their mistakes , not treating their customer with respect or considering the custom should and always be #1!!!
This review does not reflect on ANY of the therapists there as I have always had great experiences with ALL OF THEM. As far as how they run a business...BEWARE. :(
I have been a member of massage green spa for over a year. Last week I was cancelled a half an hour before my appointment due to therapist going home sick....understandable. Staff did not offer nay discount for the inconvenience, but has no problem charging their customers for same day cancellations. Rescheduled my appoint with receptionist following Monday or Tuesday for an 8pm on Friday. Showed up to my appointment and I was never put on the schedule. Luckily, the gentleman in, what was supposed to be my 8pm spot, had to cancel due to a misunderstanding with another staff member. I was given a 1/2 hour massage only to find out when I was done that there would be no discount for the shorted time. All they wanted to do was give me a sauna treatment or aroma therapy to make up for 30 mins of treatment THAT I ALREADY PAID FOR. Staff nor management wanted to resolve issue which ended in me cancelling my membership. I will be contacting the corporate office on Monday to hopefully get my money back that they have STOLEN from me.
