This place has lost a lot of service in the last few years. I do enjoy the Barnes and nobles that is located here. And the many larger stores that have stayed open over the years. This place is nostalgic for me because I have gone here my whole life with my family.
Ghost shell from the past. Trying to Christmas here was a real waste of time. Really needs to be redesigned and bring some community life back. Great location for a live concert mall with a farmer's market and other various shops.
There is a Meijer down the road in a Walmart across the street, along with the target. Listen combination with online shopping I can see why the mall isn't doing as well as used to.
This place is just getting...sad. More empty store fronts than open ones. I remember as a kid this place was magical and filled with too many stores and a play area, and a food court loaded with options, and a fountain, and a toy store. Now it's basically a B-dubs, a movie theater, dunhams, and Barnes and Noble. Quite sad.
I found this mall has gone down hill. Most of the big stores have closed their doors like. Macy's, and Penny's and my favorite store is closing by the end of December. There are some smaller stores still open along with Sears and Barnes and Noble. But they too May close their doors as well. It's a shame because this Mall is the only mall in Battle Creek.
This poor mall has seen better days. The anchor stores are leaving, most of the Interior stores have been gone for years, and the only thing holding it up is a barely alive Sears, a movie theater, and a couple chain restaurants.
