I love it here. Most of the time I have hard time getting through to a nurse or getting a return call. But they have really went above and beyond to help me and my family get the care we need. I am very appreciative for what the staff and Dr. Farshone did for me yesterday and the things Celeste has done to help me and my family out. Also I wanted to add that the nurse, I think her name is Sondra with red hair and glasses, she has also been very helpful. Thank you ❤
Seems to be an 'OK' office, staff and doctors seemed good. However, it is IMPOSSIBLE to contact the office and talk to a 'real' person, every option takes you to voicemail and you have to wait (hours or days) for a return phone call.
Blood work not done correctly and had to be repeated.
I am very upset with this Office, It took me three business days to get a return phone call on some test results ( this did not include the weekend) my doctor is never in the office, and when she is I sit in the waiting room for over an hour waiting to see her because she is backed up with patient, I also agree with the other reviews this office has by far the WORST staff, the ladies in the front desk once scheduled a follow up appointment for me when I later checked my paper work and this appointment was for a completely different patient.. they are also very rude. I will be looking for a new doctor very soon if things in the office so not turn around soon!
Poorly ran office. Don't count on them to process your paperwork needs in a timely manner.
Ive gone here since 2010. Ive watched this place go downhill. Now they push religious beliefs on you. The dr. Didnt believe me when i described my injury that happened 7 months prior and had another dr dealing with, but started going here again when i moved back this year. Instead of listening to me they decided to do an alcohol and drug screen on me because they didnt believe me. Im a cna. I dont drink or do drugs, which they found out. I got an order for an xray and he put on the order that i get screened for drugs and alcohol again!! Then he says oh you are obese (im slightly over weight about 200lbs) so this is why you have problems elimate all carbs completely from your diet.... Im hypoglycemic, they diagnosed me with it so thet know, i would die from low blood sugar if i eliminated a huge part of my diet. Also carbs are what fuels your energy. Like i said im a cna so i know basic medical stuff. I will never go back here. Its sad, this used to be my favorite office but in the 6 years ive been going there, they got way worse. The cna/ma are also super rude too. Lady just stuck her nose up in the air when i said thank you have a good day. She also ordered all the drug screens, the drs allow the cnas to order tests now too which i dont agree with. I feel like they just are doing these tests over and over for the money from the insurance company. I also supposidly had my blood drawn for a thyroid test but no one has the results even 2 months later. No results. So im pretty sure they lied about doing my blood draw for that too.
