Have used lowes for all our remodeling projects , spent thousands in a very short time in the Battle Creek location , for the most part was very happy with the staff with the exception of a team lead by the name of Sarah .. I'll give anyone the Benefit of the doubt we all have bad days . But it seems everyday is a bad day with her. Very disappointed with the customer service .. this lady has rolled her eyes at us walked away while we were talking and basically called us liars , called corporate and the manager of the store did call the next day and said he was going to make it right with us ... he must of forgotten because we never heard a thing again from him ?!? Like I said horrible customer service .
We were in Lowe's in Battle Creek, Michigan this am. We needed bead board and it was cut in half without a problem. We went to tools and couldn't see a price because we forgot our glasses. A young man who King on stacking insulation graciously helped us. Hi name was Tom. We went to pluming to buy a toilet and another young man named Tom helped us find and load it in the truck. Never have anything I want. And when 5 associates watch me lift multiple treated 12ft 6" by 6" by my self in to my cart without lending a hand. After they crowded the area with random skids. That was the last straw never again.
Giving 3 stars. The guy the helped us in plumbing was great!!! But where it went bad was the check out. The girl at the register was snippy and very rude!!
It was fantastic! LOWE'S went out of their way to deliver a new freezer because ours died after 50, yes 50 years of use. They delivered it at 8:15 pm after a full day of scheduled deliveries. LOWE'S TO THE RESCUE.
