We ordered a 2 piece sectional and only gave us half. We got a loveseat for our other half. They don't know where our other piece is and won't be able to get our other half for a wk! Absolutely ridiculous! Make sure orders are correct

Worst experience ever ! Will never return here! First, got the furniture home & it was the wrong color. We had to haul it back to the Battle Creek location. They offered free delivery & neglected to tell me what time they would be dropping the furniture off. Once we agreed on a set time they failed to show up. We once again called & was put through to multiple people just to tell us we would have to wait. I paid my furniture in full & still have nothing to show for it. When I tried to call and complain about our experience there was no way to file a complaint. Do not buy from here! Because if you have a problem it will never get resolved. Still waiting on our furniture !!!!

Went in looking for a couch, was greeted at the door by Chelsey and shown around, she was very informative and helpful, even allowing the toddler we had with us play and draw in her note book so we could look without distraction. They could not get the couch we wanted within our time frame. As we were leaving we were approached by David, who was very awkward and quick to inform us that Chelsey was new and confused and he could help us with what we wanted. We explained the situation and that Chelsey was in fact awesome and they simply didnt have what we wanted. He proceeded to give us her card with his name in big capital letters accross it. Extremely unprofessional behavior for any sales person!!

Sale details were a little misleading. It made me think we would be getting a much better deal. Steve was knowledgeable and friendly and made us feel 'better' about not winning the negotiations.

So far not a good experience. Got home with new couch to find a hole in it. Called the store immediately, they told me I would have to wait on the service center to come out and see if it could be repaired or if they needed to replace it. I asked to speak to a manager, (who never identified himself) and explained that that was unacceptable. I wanted a new one. They wanted us to return the damaged one to the store. We Finally agreed on paying 1/2 of delivery fee and they ordered us a new one for delivery on November 10th. So far not impressed with the quality of the Simmons furniture or the customer service of Art Van. Not only is there a hole in the couch, but the legs are plastic and 1 doesn’t even screw into the base of the couch. CHEAPLY constructed.
