The Customer Servive employee was very kind and attentive. I paid my yearly dues, which I do not think they were due yet. I went to customer service because they did accept my card at the Gas Service. I would like to know what date it expired!!
Just bought a new TV, service was great,but setting up the delivery took an hour,not the employees fault,they were kept on the phone on hold
Food in bulk! Not too crowded! Free orderv lunch on Sunday. What's not to love. Aside from the 1 maybe 2 registers running a bulk consumers aisle bring a lawn chair. It's gonna be a minute.
They never keep products that I've bought there for years, and the things they do have keep changing places. And they never have any help around to ask. I swear it’s crazy to pay a membership fee to shop at a Wal-Mart with less selection. Too bad that the only Costco is all the way in to Kalamazoo.
When I shop here I typically did everuthing I need and more. Workers are always nice and helpful.
