I have just arrived in battle Creek coming from south dakota last week. I visited Michael in your phone Dept. Michael helped me all the way navigating through the process , to activate my phone. To solve the problems that I could not understand. Helped with telling me the bus I so needed to catch. YOU HAVE A VERY VALUABLE EMPLOYEE WITH MICHAEL.

This Walmart is very nice and clean. I always pop into this location when I visit this area. Nice location right next to a few quick eat places.
I am only giving four stars because a lot of times I'm in there and things are not stocked well enough for me to be able to get some of the simplest items like soup or spices or even meat sometimes. Otherwise I appreciate and like using the store I am beginning to be able to find things in the store and the staff is always wonderful if you can find staff. Because it's obvious the staff has been cut way back. I would always suggest people to go to Walmart anyway.
Overall it is ok, however there is a lady who works in sporting goods which should not be working with the public, she is far from helpful and rude, if it was one occurrence I would blow it off but my husband had the same thing happen with her today. In both cases we had ask if they carry an item, I was flat told "no" and she snickered at me like I was nuts, So I asked in another dept. That person did not know but checked it for me and they did carry what I was looking for. A 40.00 item which I would have bought somewhere else. My husband had the exact same thing happen to him with the same saleslady this morning.
I Love Walmart, Cheap Items Etc..
But other than that you guys do very well, just can we please help more with the people who can't walk far or need more assistance period?
But today I took my handicap mother to do her Christmas shopping, and she needed a electric chair to be mobile in, she and other's waited for maybe 25 minutes
