They had my name wrong in the computer so when I arrived I was told I didn't have an appointment. The receptionist had to look me up by using my demographics and other personal information. The technician was great with taking my xrays. But the dentist himself had no chair-side manners to brag about. His greeting to me was "why are you here?" Not so much as a how can I help you, nothing. I felt like the exam was rushed and nowhere close to any exam I've had before. He literally used a mirror and a piece of gauze to do the exam. He mentioned two cavities that needed filling but a few months back the dentist I transferred from had several more, not sure where those went to. They seemed more concerned on selling me on partials and treatment of gum disease than the problem I went in with (which was a broken tooth) neither of which was recommended by previous dentist either. I understand that each one may have their own opinion but cavities do not just heal themselves and I felt like I was at a chain store for dental work. To top it off I was informed that in order to make an appointment for the services I did not go in for in the first place I would have to pay for them up front. Hmmmm how about you address the issue I came in with??? I will be looking elsewhere for a dentist.
Everyone I have interacted with so far have been absolutely wonderful. The only thing I would change is the length of time it takes to get into see the Doctor and that my appointment had been canceled twice and I ended up having to come in as a walk-in just to get x rays and to find out what my options are.
staff was very friendly and knowledgeable. They also didn't recommend unnecessary work just to get more money.
The staff is friendly, someone in there is always smiling. I had my 6- month cleaning recently, I was in and out of there in a timely manner. I would recommend Aspen Dental.
