Waited 20 minutes for hard, old nuggets and a burger, threw it away, called to tell them about it an all they said was "okay" and hung up. Never again.
The fries are ALWAYS fresh but sometimes they get off the rails and either the shake machine is down or the drive thru is closed. - Which I find very weird since it is connected to a truck stop and right off of the main highway (I-94) that connects Detroit and Chicago...
AT LEAST ATTEMPTS to be Courteous, and do your Job.
Rude Manager Crystal. We asked for fresh FRIES AT THE WINDOW and received a half order of cold fries. RETURN THEM and was treated like we did something wrong. Was not rude to them, just stated the problem and gave them the fries.
It was extremely busy and had to wait a while for our order... But the food was good...and hot.. so all in all it was OK
