Absolutely the worst experience I have had! I contacted and tried to get answers to many questions about a tax return. 5 months later I still have not received the correct paperwork to file AND I have not received a phone call or email explaining what is taking so long. Mind you, I have 1-2 times a week for the past several months. I will not be back to J and K, also, I do not recommend them doing your taxes.
Absolutely 100% recommend J & K! They are fast and very efficient. I was refunded more than ever this year and she even offered to review my last year's taxes filed as she came across some things standing out to her that could be fixed. I am so glad to have her.
I got more money back when I had j&k do my taxes than I have the past 2 years combined! Highly recommend!
